NBA All Star February 16-18
Returning back to the Los Angeles Staples Center is the 67th annual NBA All Star Weekend. festivities for the weekend are expected to be a great hit as audience members are able to watch five different matches. The highlighted ones are the “NBA Rising Stars” and the “NBA All Star Celebrity” games.
Golden Dragon Parade
The Golden Dragon Parade will be celebrating their 119th annual event in Los Angeles. Presented by the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles, over a thousand people are expected to take part either by participating on the floats or enjoying the festivities. Experience the appreciation of Chinese culture and the celebration of the Lunar New Year.
Bring in the NOLA magic! Celebrate this amazing cultural holiday that is taking a detour to the West Coast. Enjoy Jazz music, delicious food, a parade and more to celebrate Mardi Gras in the Long Beach Shoreline from 12-5pm. This event is free of charge however, parking costs are subject to change.
Queen Mary ScotsFestival February 17-18
Long Beach is taking a small detour to Scotland! Experience the history and culture of Scotland by either watching or participating in activities, entertainment and cuisine in ode to the Scottish legacy. Activities at the event will include dancing, drumming and the battle of the clans at the International Highland Games XXV.
