It's time to party like the Irish! Celebrating the holiday is easy for Angleos. We love wearing green, wearing the crazy costumes and most impotantly partying. For the green fest many bars are toasting to the Irish! Here are the Indigo Stop's list of party places and festival scenes going on in Los Angeles for the holiday.
St. Patrick's Day Bar Crawls
Party down the streets of Broadway! From 1pm to 9pm visit the participating DTLA bars to receive a free welcome shot and drink coupons to use at 10 different DTLA venues. Enjoy over a variety of beer, DJ's, drink, foods and a St. Patrick's Day photo booth. The bar to pick up your wristband at is on 750 S. Broadway Ave. There you will pick up your wristband, St. Patrick's Day kit with a map of locations and the list of drink specials. Tickets can be purchased via eventbrite.com.
From the hours of 11AM to 11PM you get to enjoy running around bar to bar on Hollywood Blvd. Partake in drinking specials from 10+ participating venues including the EPIC Station 1640's Cahuenga Block Party. The pub is self- guided. You check in at Cabo Cantina to receive a free welcome shot and between 11am-4pm, you can participate in the 10 local venues to try the various drinking specials. Irish Stroll Hollywood
A ticket to the Irish Stroll is one of the featuring bar crawls in Hollywood. Paint the town green by kicking off the night at the historic Pig 'n Whistle and enjoy the surrounding bars in the neighborhood. Other participating bars include the Outpost, Rusty Mullet, 33 Taps and Royal. Tickets can be purchased via BarCrawls.com.
The Echoplex is taking guests back in time for the season. Considered one of Los Angeles biggest 90's party place is celebrating St. Patrick's Day. At 10 PM, bring on the green décor and vintage memorabilia . Entry and more information about this event is on the Club 90's Facebook event page.
St. Patrick's Day Parties
If you're celebrating the holiday with family, this is a great event to hang out with the kids and still get a drink. Family- friendly St. Patrick's Day Celebration included live Celtic music, a strolling Irish bagpiper, kids' crafts in the evening, and Irish beer on the patio at the Original Farmer's market. This event is free!
Wear green and arrive by 3pm, with your ticket to the Block Party. This has 100 kegs of green beer and food stations. The festival will also have DJs, and games behind Rock & Reilly's Irish Pub. This event is a 21+ only!
